NOTES :- Summer Training :-

THURSDAY EVENING : 7pm - 8pm : 8years to 13 years A structured 1 hour supervised by qualified coaches.

8pm - 9pm Older athletes , less structured, coaching for any junior by prior arrangement with relevant coach.

Winter Training :-

THURSDAY EVENING : Lynnsport Barn Juniors 7.15-8.15.

Older Athletes 8.15 - 9.15.

Athletes can only participate in one session.

Cost is:- £2.00 per week.
