Southern Women's League - Composite team with Ryston Runners Under 15 Girls/Ladies upwards.

EVAC League - All Veteran athletes

Eastern Young Athletes League - Composite team with Ryston Runnere all Under 13 to Under 17 athletes.

DON'T FORGET !!!

Club Colours (Red Club Vest/Navy Shorts) must be worn when competing for the Club. If you wear a T-shirt under your running vest it must be plain white only.
